Om Sai Associates is committed to protecting the privacy of driver applicants, municipal personnel, and public users. This Data Deletion Policy outlines how you can request the erasure of your personal data collected via our website or recruitment system.

2. Personal Data Collected

Data collected through driver applications or staff accounts includes: full names, contact phone numbers, email addresses, driving license numbers, license images, age, and driver experience metrics.

3. How to Request Data Erasure

If you wish to have your submitted driver application or personal credentials permanently erased from our databases, you can submit a deletion request through any of the following channels:

• Email: Send an email titled "Data Erasure Request" to privacy@omsaiassociates.in or contact@omsaiassociates.in including your Application Code or Phone Number.
• Phone: Call our Data Compliance Officer at +91 73551 11111.

4. Processing & Timeline

Upon receiving a verified erasure request, Om Sai Associates will purge all personal data, uploaded driving license card images, and contact logs from active database servers within 7 working days, subject to statutory tax or municipal audit retention mandates.

5. Confirmation Notice

Once your personal data has been erased, an official deletion confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
