1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or applying through the Om Sai Associates municipal sanitation telemetry platform, staff portal, or driver recruitment system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Fleet Operations & Telematics Accountability
Om Sai Associates operates mechanical road sweepers, sewer jetting machinery, and waste logistics vehicles under municipal contracts. All vehicles are equipped with active GPS tracking devices logging 10-second route breadcrumbs, sweeping speed limits, and shift duration data.
3. Driver Application & Verification Policy
Applicants submitting forms to become commercial drivers for Om Sai Associates must provide authentic driving license numbers, age, gender, and experience details. Provision of fraudulent licenses or false credentials will result in immediate disqualification and reporting to licensing authorities.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All platform code, telematics reports, inspection certificates, logos, and digital assets belong exclusively to Om Sai Associates. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
